Objectives
To enable students to assess the security of computer systems and networks by identifying vulnerabilities using the knowledge and tools of a malicious hacker, but in a legal and legitimate manner.
Learning Outcomes
- Adapt knowledge and tools for legal vulnerability assessment.
- Relational Perform penetration tests and identify vulnerabilities.
- Improve network security with countermeasures.
- Evaluate and design secure network infrastructure.
- Justify network design and security improvement costs.
